Sign Your Waiver Before You Arrive
Save time at check-in — sign your Quest Tavern waiver online before your game. Everyone in your group must have a signed waiver, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian to sign for them.
We have two locations — Pomona and Upland — so be sure to select the right one below. If you don’t see your game time listed, ask a staff member at check-in for help.

Do I need to sign a waiver in advance? No, but it saves time — walk-ins can sign a waiver at check-in on our front desk tablet.
Can I sign for my children? Yes — a parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of anyone under 18.
What if I don’t see my time listed? Ask a staff member at check-in and they’ll open your session for you.
